today was really good. i got my letter from my penpal(finally) and i got these 6 free razors. it's those Intuition ones with the soap on it. it's kind of neat.

so, all day, emma still had her eyes closed. i wanted to go trick-or-treating and - at the last minute, since  emma didn't and couldn't go - me and sarah went as employees of subway. she was a deranged employee, i was just a normal one. since sarah works there, she basically had enough stuff to make us look authentic.

we went up a street in the subdivision that was i think 3 blocks from our house. i got a half a pillowcase full. so did sarah.

they have really good stuff in subdivisions. one house had covered the outside of their house in orange lights, and it screamed "trick-or-treat here!" or something like that, and once we got to that house, it had these huge pumkins that were really really cool and they had carved them.....you could tell these people liked halloween. they gave out soda, and obviously were prepared since they had about 5 flavours to choose from and little things of pringles. like those snack pack ones they have.

so, i got 14 bags of chips, 2 cans of pop, a juice box, lots of little chocolate bars, a box of glossette raisins(good thing i love this kind!), a bunch of other things, some gummi's and marshmallows (mom ate some; i don't eat these ), and only one teeny package of rockets. i'm kind of sick of them, which is good that i only got one little one....

i must say, it's fun to go trick-or-treating the night before your birthday. you definitely have alot of treats.

emma poked her eye on sunday night, because she was supposedly trying to pick her nose while watching tv and missed.

she spent all of yesterday and so far an hour today or less than that at first keeping the not-hurt eye open and the other one closed. then she wouldn't open either, so it was hard to tell if she was asleep or not. it still is, and i  walked and guided her last night to go to the bathroom, and then carried her upstairs to her bed which  she almost immediately fell asleep on, once she laid down. i have to say it was by far the easiest night ever to i put her to sleep.

she thinks it'll hurt if she opens it. but, i mean, really. i told her she couldn't go trick-or-treating if she has her eyes closed.  and she can't see me open presents tomorrow. at least she's sleeping alot.

so, tomorrow is my birthday! dad got me some chocolate and a card, and the chocolate is very good. i'm gunna go see if emma wants any.

3 more days. though, today, i get my ice cream cake and a present from dad. or from mom and dad. or just dad.

so, right now, mom is out getting the groceries with emma and i think sarah's at work. i wasn't allowed to go; somehow, i don't think mom got me my present yet. emma already said she did. sarah might have, i dunno. dad must have, seeing as i don't think he's been shopping. wait, he was yesterday morning.....

i wonder when i can eat some of my cake. mmmm. oreos......

now, i have had 2030 visitors. hmm. i know it's not all separate people, but...it still amazes me.

4 more days. and tomorrow i get a blizzard cake and a present from dad :D

i could be more excited. but i rarely get excited about these things anymore. not that  i don't like it what i usually would be excited about.....but at least i can have an easier time sleeping.

today, emma went to the mall with mom to go trick-or-treating at the stores. emma went as Little Red Riding Hood, and she was so cute. she always is. :)

today, dad wanted me to rake leaves, and carl came over and wanted me to rake leaves. somehow, i didn't rake any leaves. i know when dad sees this he's gunna go and get me to rake some....at least he will tomorrow, anyway. lucky me....
