Now all I have to look forward to is spring, which comes in about four months. It won't be fun waiting but at least it lasts longer than Christmas does. Addison and Kaytlyn have gone home, as did my grandmother, and the presents have all been unwrapped and enjoyed. Sarah is currently sitting a mere five or six feet away reading a book I bought her that she wanted. She seems to be enjoying it, exclaiming 'This book is AWESOME!' at random intervals. My parents have stepped out for some alone time and a few groceries we need.
Emma didn't recieve too many toys this year, but some presents I never saw her unwrap because she probably did so while I or someone else was also unwrapping a gift. I'll try to make a rough list of what I got . . . A Harry Potter poster book, a new Harry Potter calendar, one of those Harry Potter comic reflief books about beasts, two journals, a set of paints, another set of paints, and a third set of paints . . . Pomegranate tea (I drank all of Sarah's the last time she bought it, and coincidentally she bought it for my stocking), peanut M&M's (mmm . . .), a few magazines, a Jakalope CD, and a few other things I'm sure I forgot. Other than that, I got a few other little things in my stocking. Overall a very good Christmas. I painted a small replica of a painting I have with a fountain from another painting in it for Kaytlyn, which she seemed to like. Dad got an astounding four QuickPay TimCards, totaling to fifty-five dollars worth of coffee. Don't fret - this was discussed beforehand. He says we'll be going to Timmy's sometime for a treat.
One of the journals should be great to write in since it looks like better quality than the ones I bought at some store which all fell apart when I used them. It has a ton of pages and I already started using it - not for my story, though, but for a journal. I think I have enough paints to last me a very long time, and I now have four tubes of 'Ultramarine Blue', not to mention many others with the same names. Thanks again, everybody!

Wee! So Kaytlyn and Addison arrived here yesterday, bringing their Wii along with them and we played for a good portion of the night. I began cutting apples for apple pie, and I made the crust this morning (I thought I messed it up but it looks okay). I cooked it, and after lunch we went to Aunt Boo's for a visit. It wasn't for as long as we usually stay, but it was perfectly awesome anyway. My Grandmother and her third husband, Carl, just got here not long ago and supper is being made.
You know I always come across the subject of my story, so let's talk about it for kicks. I haven't writting much since yesterday, which is a shame, because I can't concentrate with company over. But since there's plenty of things to do, I don't have much time for it.
Personally, I'm excited for the apple pie. Perhaps I should take a picture of it before it's eaten up. Merry Christmas!

As I logged out of my account on here, I saw the little advice in the corner and gasped aloud. A word was spelled wrong! It was something about complimenting people or something, but they said 'complement' with an 'E' where the rightful 'I' belonged. I'm beginning to lose trust in its judgement. Now it's telling me 'become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know.' Well, I'm always pretty positive anyway, so I don't need help there. Maybe one day we can forget the troubled past and move forward, the corner and I.
Sarah would like to use the computer, and I have things to be getting to - I just thought it was necessary to report such dreadful news.

Yesterday was Emma's birthday - she turned seven - and we had a rainbow bubble-gum flavored cake. Mmm . . . Anyway! I changed the theme here again, and I might change it later. I like darker themes a bit better. Mom and Dad are going to buy Christmas presents tonight and I was asked what I wanted, but I couldn't think of much. I did get a lot of what I needed on my birthday except three or four things, one of which wasn't on DVD yet, and another may have not been found in any stores. I wish them luck with the shopping and I hope it isn't too busy.
I have done some more thinking and came up with a few more things to put in my story and more animals. Now all I need is names for them, which should be great since ideas for names are a bit scarce after using so much already for food, an entire planet full of places, people, and food . . . Maybe I'll get inspired somewhere along the way; I sure hope so. I might try getting another chapter on here tonight, too.
